My journey

I’m thrilled to share my fitness journey with you, a story of transformation from being a typical foodie to becoming a dedicated fitness consultant. For most of my life, I carried more weight than I should have. Did I care? Not really – until my health began to decline at the age of 34. I faced numerous challenges, including IBS, hormonal imbalances, and emotional eating. I’ll never forget the day I decided to take control of my health and strive to become a better version of myself. My sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits left me feeling demotivated, especially when environmental factors didn’t support my goals. At my heaviest and feeling terrible due to gut issues, I knew it was time for a change. I wanted to be healthier, stronger, and happier. Taking charge of my health was no easy task. My journey was filled with challenges – battling emotional eating, balancing my workout routine with work and home responsibilities, and staying motivated. But I persevered, pushing through every obstacle and remaining committed to my goals. I immersed myself in learning about nutrition, exercise, mental health, behavioural patterns, and environmental factors which helped me overcome all my health issues and help people around me to live a healthier lifestyle. Today, I am a healthier, happier, and fitter version of myself. My journey has been transformative, changing my life in ways I never imagined possible. It was never just about losing weight; it was about feeling healthy, building sustainable habits, understanding my body, and overcoming every challenge that came my way.
