What are your diet and workout plans like?

The plans are completely personalized to fit your needs. You can expect simple, home-cooked meals without any detoxes or cleanses—just practical and sustainable eating. Workouts are tailored to your fitness level and experience, whether you prefer gym sessions or at-home routines.

How much weight will I lose in a month?

I cannot guarantee a specific number as weight loss varies from person to person. It depends on factors such as your diet, activity levels, health conditions, dedication, willpower, stress, and sleep schedule. Remember, weight is just a number and it’s more important to focus on building healthy habits for long-term wellness.

I don't need to lose or gain weight but need to get fit. Can I join?

Absolutely! Weight isn’t the only factor when it comes to fitness; improving your overall body composition and health is the goal. You’re welcome to join if you’re looking to get fit.

Do I need to join a gym if I sign up with you?

Not necessarily! Whether or not you join a gym depends on your individual needs and limitations. Many of my clients have achieved great success with home workouts

Is it okay if we want to join as a couple?

Yes, absolutely! However, each of you will be treated as unique individuals. Your plans will be customized separately, taking into account differences in body composition, gender, goals, and health parameters

Are you available throughout the program if I have any queries?

Yes, absolutely! This is a coaching program and I provide comprehensive support beyond just offering diet plans. You can reach me via WhatsApp for communication and schedule calls using the link provided once you sign up.

I just had a baby, can I join?

Yes, you can receive nutrition guidance but for workouts, it’s recommended to wait for a minimum of 8-12 weeks postpartum and consult with a gynecologist before considering signing up.

I travel a lot, can I benefit from the program?

Absolutely! My plans are designed to be simple to follow and I provide guidance for travel days so you can effectively manage your diet even while on the go.

What do I need to join your program?

All you need is the right mindset, willpower, a bit of patience, and complete trust in me. That’s all it takes!

I don't live in India, can I join?

Yes, absolutely! It’s an online coaching program, and I have clients from all around the globe.

Do you provide online workout classes?

I’m sorry, but I currently do not offer online workout classes. However, I do provide personalized workout plans tailored to your needs, along with relevant videos for guidance.

Can my program be transferred to a family member?

None of the programs are transferable, and we do not offer a switch or transfer facility.

Is there any pause or break facility provided?

While breaks can sometimes hinder progress, I understand that life happens. I generally advise my clients to stay in touch even while traveling. However, for those with extended trips or illness, there is a pause facility available. This includes no breaks during the 3-month program, a 2-3 week break for the 6-month program, and a 5-6 week break for the yearly program.

Do you have a refund facility if dissatisfied?

A no-refund policy is followed. As this is a service-based offering that involves my time, energy, and expertise, refunds are not provided. Your satisfaction and success depend on your commitment and investment in your fitness journey.

What happens once the program concludes? Can I reach out to you if I need support to maintain results?

Throughout your program, I believe in educating you on basics of food, good lifestyle and healthy habits which you can maintain and practice for life. You have the option to schedule a monthly session for accountability and coaching. Please note that these sessions will be paid.
