The diet plans prepared by her are just amazing, you get to eat most of the things which you will generally eat in your routine meals. Along with this the workout plans are also as per convenience whether you can go to Gym or you want to do home workout. At one point I was in a stage where I was not comfortable with my body the intention was not just to find a coach who will provide a meal plan to follow and loose weight. I lost 15kgs and gained better health markers, strength and energy levels. I look and feel younger than before and all this in 14 weeks. I always thought that weight loss diets are all about salads/juices. Chetan’s diet plans did not seem like any such drastic low food diet at all. It had rice,roti, potatoes, milk, fruits that other diets don’t provide. She made sure to have a thorough detailed case study to be sure of what I liked, disliked, allergies, current lifestyle and my health conditions.
